- 1 cup instant Minute rice
- 1/2 cup freeze dried chicken
- 1/2 cup freeze dried pineapple
- 1/2 cup freeze dried vegetables (green beans or broccoli)
- 4 tsp soy sauce powder
- 4 tsp granulated brown sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together and seal in a Myler boil bag.
To prepare, add 2 cups boiling water. Stir immediately. Reseal boil bag and wait for 15 minutes to rehydrate. Stir again before serving.
